The Founder of the EXCEL MINDS Academic Group, Oladimeji Shotunde, on Wednesday, 11th of December, 2019 emerged as the "Best Conference Official" at the 12th Edition of the Nigerian International Tertiary Institutions Model United Nations (NITIMUN) Conference, held at the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
The Conference had the theme "Engaging Young People in Promoting Peace and Countering Extremism", and was held from Sunday, 7th of December 2019 to Wednesday 11th of December, 2019.
Oladimeji Shotunde was selected as a Conference Official for the Conference, based on his outstanding performance at the 11th Edition that held in 2018, where he emerged "Most Outstanding Male Delegate".
Some other Executives of the EXCEL MINDS Academic Group were also selected as Delegate for the conference. Akisanmi Oladunni and Oladele Ayobamikale Isaac were also selected for the fully funded conference.
It was an opportunity to learn, unlearn and relearn, as issues revolving around promoting peace and countering extremism were discussed. This is in line with the Group's mantra to be continually educated and informed as to global happenings and issues surrounding the world at large.
