EXCEL MINDS FOUNDER EMERGES MOST OUTSTANDING MALE DELEGATE AT NITIMUN CONFERENCE

Members, Executives and Publicists of the EXCEL MINDS Academic Group were in a buoyant mood as they woke up to the news that the Founder of the Group, Oladimeji Shotunde, emerged excellently at the 11th Edition of the Nigerian Tertiary Institutions Model United Nations (NITIMUN) Conference. 

The Conference was held at Utako, the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja between Sunday, December 9th 2018 and Wednesday, December 12th, 2018. The theme of the Conference was "Youths as Change Agents in the Fight Against Hate and Discrimination". 

Oladimeji Shotunde was in the African Development Bank (AFDB), Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) Committee. He served as a Delegate representing the United States of America.

 

He emerged as "Overall Most Outstanding Male Delegate" and the "Most Outstanding Delegate", AFDB, ECOSOC and UNODC Committee. This was a testament to the level of work and excellence he displayed at the conference. He was funded to the Conference by the Lagos State University, of which the Institution emerged as "Best School Delegation".
