The EXCEL MINDS Academic Group held her first General Meeting, meant to discuss critical issues that will further advance the interest and purpose of the group. The meeting was held at the world class facility of the School of Transport, Lagos State University, on Monday, 27th of August, 2018.
The meeting had in attendance all Executives, Tutors and Publicists of the Group. Key issues were discussed, which are but not limited to: modalities of operation, effectiveness strategy, prospective new intakes, website launch report, registration report, online video tutorials report, amongst others.
Tags were given to Executives, for easy identification and to give corporate sense to the Organization. The General Meeting was also an avenue to welcome and meet the newly added executives of the group, who will further help in actualizing the mission and vision of the group.
The Founder and Coordinator of the Group, Oladimeji Shotunde, while giving his address stated that the meeting was a very sacrosanct event to have, as there was a need to directly interface with all members and update them as to the progress made by the Group in key areas, as outlined in the agenda distributed for the meeting.
The meeting lasted for about 2 hours, after which all attendees were given refreshments and everyone had a good time together.
